You should call Sandy Rowe <srowe@interwaredev.com> at Interware. My understanding is they are the ones that would know how to deal with this. Things I would have you try first:
- Power off the credit card machine
- Disconnect the USB cable
- Wait 30 seconds
- Re-connect USB cable
- Power on credit card machine
It’s also possible that there is an issue with the credit card
processing company. I think Sandy should know if that is the case.
