Warner PD has a small UPS battery that needed replacing. A replacement was obtained at Batteries Plus in Manchester and delivered to them on 10/22/15. Invoice #2501

PD server disk full
Ron emailed me to say that the PD server was down to 3.65 GB free out of 39.9 GB. Theresa is unable to use the computer. I sent instructions on how to use Disk Cleanup. Recommend that Theresa get her own dedicated PC for long term solution.
Assessing Department public records printing issue

Administrator PC strangeness

Town Clerk – MAAP connectivity issue
The VPN is not able to make a connection to the headend @ 199.192.3.10. I can ping the IP but the connection times out. I’ve asked Judy to contact support and open a ticket. I’ve sent an email to John York <John.York@dos.nh.gov> who handled the VPN configuration. The Town IP today is 96.61.12.6

DPW unable to send email
The username for SMTP Outgoing Server had no value. Worked remotely with Trudy using Join.Me to determine the issue. Had Trudy enter “dpw@warner.nh.us” into the proper field and checked the box to save the password. Now it works. Time spent on call: 20 minutes
Scan to email stopped working
Scan to work stopped working over the holidays. Investigation showed that the server encountered an error which required operator involvement during the boot process. Because the server is the SMTP gateway for the Minolta copier, no scans could be sent. To get around this problem, I’ve created a Dimentech email user warnerth@contra.org. The Minolta configuration …
