12/30/17 A laptop at the library was unable to access PFLshare which is on the office PC. I determined that I could not ping the office PC from the laptop. I then investigated the desktop and found that Windows Defender Firewall was turned on. I turned this off and retested from the laptop. This worked. …

Michele sent me an email at 10:45a sayign the VPN was down. I logged into the firewall and confirmed the VPN was down. I disabled the VPN per prior instructions from State of NH. Waited 15 minutes and then re-enabled VPN. VPN came right up.

Town Clerk office purchased a USB interface for the receipt/validation printer. Swapped out the serial interface for the new USB interface and connected this to the registrations PC. 10/20/15
The printer that I set up a few weeks ago was replaced due to a mechanical problem. Installing printer today 10/22/15.
