Martha called me to tell me that she learned there is a laptop with the Proval software on it. David Marazoff who handles the town revaluations uses Proval when he is assessing properties in town. I met with David to discuss the issue with him. It was decided to leave the laptop in the Assessing office and I would schedule time with the Proval vendor to update the laptop or give me instructions on what to do.
I received a call this morning from the Town Clerk office reporting that email was not working. They were getting a Server Error 500. Other people in the town hall did not have any issues. The Town Clerk office has been using web browsers to access the TDS email. Everyone else in the town hall uses Thunderbird. I configured Thunderbird on two PCs so that Town Clerk and Deputy Town Clerk emails can be accessed using Thunderbird.
