Assessing office needed assistance working with ProVal vendor Thompson Reuters to install latest version of software on the laptop that the re-evaluation company uses. Deb and Marianne will be bringing the laptop to Dave later this week.
Worked with Scott at Thompson Reuters to get this task done. One thing that came up during the work was a need for a USB flash drive. I borrowed one from Finance. It would be good if the Assessing office obtained one or two flash drives. I recommend a minimum size of 32 GB.
