Town Clerk credit card machine issue

You should call Sandy Rowe <srowe@interwaredev.com> at Interware. My understanding is they are the ones that would know how to deal with this. Things I would have you try first:

  • Power off the credit card machine
  • Disconnect the USB cable
  • Wait 30 seconds
  • Re-connect USB cable
  • Power on credit card machine

It’s also possible that there is an issue with the credit card processing company. I think Sandy should know if that is the case.
