I received a call that the new Assessing PC was unable to print to the networked HP printer in the office. The old PC was able to print just fine. After looking at the issue, I determined it was a failure of the automatic Windows printer connectivity. The old PC used the static IP of the printer. I changed the new PC to also use the static IP and printing started working again.
