Updated UAP-AC-IW, Switch-8-150W, and Cloudkey to latest firmware. Note that there are new features in the Cloudkey control software such as a new “dark” theme.
Investigated counter UPS to see if I could determine reason for outage a few weeks ago. I unplugged the unit from the wall and everything continued to work I moved the power for the scale off of the UPS and onto the wall outlet in case the power draw was too high. If there are additional instances of the credit card reader or printer having connectivity issues, we should consider replacing the Netgear switch with something else, perhaps an AC-IW. Benefits to using an AC-IW include: 2 switch ports, PoE powered, WiFi access point. A downside is that there are only 2 switch ports so any additional network gear at the counter would need to either use WiFi or a switch would be required.

Further investigation reveals that the end two outlets on the UPS are surge-only. Must move connections to battery outlets. Will need extension power cord(s) and/or triple outlets to accomplish this.
