Met with David Karrick and two others at Schoodacs to discuss changes to the LSRC website. Need to replace/remove references to “recreational rowing”. “masters” may be a better term. They will think more on this and send me what they want it to say.
They would like to have something on the site to sell their unsold clothing (t-shirts etc). Perhaps pictures and a link to the contact page or directly to an email.
Home page should have the updated about us info, a note about Brenda as head coach, and the aforementioned clothing for sale information.
There should be an event page with info on the Prouty Team Kickoff, Annual Winter Fundraiser, Boat Moving (4/29 @ 10a), Rigging (5/5 @ 1p). They would also like a Google calendar. Remove the 2017 racing schedule and do not replace.
The Board page should have just name and town for each.
Perhaps an FAQ page with definitions of Masters, Juniors, Requirements for Joining.
“Programs” should be “Rowing Opportunities” in menus.
Board members should all have posting permissions to the FB page.
