Michele reports at 1:19pm that the Town Hall lost Internet connectivity for a few minutes. When the Internet came back up, the MAAP VPN connection did not.
I looked at an old email from John York <John.York@dos.nh.gov> regarding a similar problem. The resolution was to disable the VPN for 15 minutes so that the tunnel could be re-keyed. I’m trying that now. I will also email John to tell him of the outage in case the problem is something else.
After 15 minutes, turned the VPN back on and it came right up.
