Jim reported a pair of problems. The first was that the cursor would move by itself. The second was that deleting files didn’t delete them but when trying to delete it again it says it doesn’t exist.
First problem was oversensitive mousepad since Jim is using the laptop keyboard. Change setting in Lenovo control panel for mouse settings.
Second problem is likely to be side affect of having Spideroak installed. The issue is that the file explorer view is not being updated immediately after a file is deleted. Pressing refresh would show the change. Non issue, nothing to do.
